Niyat is a sacred contribution and is generally non-refundable once accepted. However:
1. If your payment was charged in error (duplicate, accidental, or incorrect amount), contact the Idara office within 7 days through your local jamaat. After verification, we will refund through the same payment method.
2. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via Razorpay back to the original payment instrument.
3. For cheque or cash niyat that have not yet been received by the Idara office, you may cancel by informing your jamaat. No refund is necessary as no payment has been collected.
